Hmong International Academy educates through a lens of Hmong language and culture
Located in Minneapolis’s vibrant Near North neighborhood, Hmong International Academy (HIA) prepares students for success in the 21st century while preserving and sharing Hmong language and culture, and honoring all cultures. HIA students are encouraged to continue the Hmong language and culture program at Olson Middle School and then Henry High School. In Fall 2021, HIA will begin redefining its path for the years ahead. HIA students, families and members of the community will be very involved in that process.
