Marcy School for the Arts celebrates creativity

Marcy School for the Arts in Southeast Minneapolis’ Marcy Holmes neighborhood welcomes K-5 students from throughout the city. The staff at Marcy believe the arts provide an avenue for students to showcase their learning through a variety of arts experiences. We use arts integration and programming to provide students with a learning experience focused on international peace and social justice.

Marcy has a strong history of collaborating with the entire Minneapolis Arts Community. Our school’s  ideal location provides easy access  to the thriving arts and theater district in downtown Minneapolis, as well as arts experiences in Northeast and North Minneapolis. Arts programming continues at the Franklin STEAM magnet for middle school and at FAIR High School for the Arts.
