Waite Park Community School supports students in achieving excellence in academics, supportive social-emotional learning, and fosters character development.
 
Located in the far northeast neighborhood of Minneapolis with the same name, Waite Park shares picturesque grounds with Minneapolis Parks and Recreation. Our community and staff helps students achieve excellence through challenging classes in math, language arts, science and technology by developing meaningful relationships with students. Waite Park’s devoted staff provide a caring and encouraging learning environment with clear rules and consequences. Students actively engage in setting goals for themselves and in learning and modeling positive, responsible behavior. All students are encouraged to read for pleasure.
